We've put together a number of great exercises for you to use with the CABL™ Cable Trainer as a way to maximise your experience and results.

By following the videos below, using correct form and learning these routines we are confident you can get a full body workout that will serve to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body where you desire most.

Remember, the unit delivers the CABL™️ difference so you don't always need to use the higher settings.  Start low, practise your form and when you feel comfortable step up the resistance.
