CABL™️ Workouts

We've put together a number of great exercises for you to use with the Cable Trainer as a way to maximise your experience and results.

By following the videos below, using correct form and learning these routines we are confident you can get a full body workout that will serve to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body where you desire most.

Remember, the unit delivers Constant Force so you don't always need to use the higher settings.  Start low, practise your form and when you feel comfortable to step up the resistance.
